SMELL OF NATURAL GAS IN RESIDENCE
EVFC was activated to investigate a smell of gas in a residence on Painter St in Everson. 14 Engine 2 responded with a crew of 4. Personnel investigated with our meter and the homeowner said he must have bumped the stove burner knob. Ventilated and cleared scene in 20 min.

VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN UPPER TYRONE
EVFC was activated for a vehicle accident with injuries along Broadford Rd. Units found a vehicle into the steps and retaining wall of the old Owensdale school.

EVERSON BOROUGH DEDICATES VETERANS MEMORIAL
EVFC provided traffic control on Saturday May 17, 2008 as Everson Borough Civics Organization and Borough Council dedicated the new Everson Borough Veterans Memorial Park. A crowd of about 200 residents and guests were on hand for the ceremony.
